Because our products are personalized/custom-made, we don't accept returns or exchanges once production starts.
Cancellations / changes
You may request a cancellation or edit within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started.
Damaged / defective / wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
How to request help
Email support@pondergift.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
